Stopped into the store at 645pm on a Sunday. I walked in and was asked if I was there to pick up a pizza. I said I needed to... order one. I was then informed they did not serve after 630pm. Google shows a closing time of 7pm. The store window shows aclosing time of 8pm. NO WHERE is it advertised that they stop serving customers at 630pm (at least 30 minutes prior toadvertised closing). Not to mention, one of the workers actually told me that I should have ordered by 630pm. Then had thegumption to ask "who walks in at closing time to order food?" EXTREMELY RUDE! Went to grab some food on a Saturday night, it was 10 mins before close. The door was locked and the employee came to the door... and said everything was already put away... First off, don't train staff in the middle of $10 Tuesday, unless you are actually trying to scare new hires off. ( and I'm... talking 'never been on the prep line, explaining the order of toppings' new.) And when you can't make a standard order rightbecause I asked for regular crust ( not thin). Verified it was on the order. REMINDED HER that they won't do it right unless shetells them and she lols and assures me it's fine... what do I get? Thin crust and dumped to the back of the line for 10 moreminutes. So I'll be back to not going here again. I gave up online ordering because this always happens. Not just thislocation. I had a wonderful experience this past week! The manager and workers were so friendly and helpful! I had asked for a half/half... stuffed pizza (I?m new to all this!) and they were so attentive and did a great job. We also loved their 2 for $10 specials andhad a wonderful dinner. 98% of the time they are spot on. One time we had an incorrect order where either they had a new person or they misread the... order. We still go there. People make mistakes. Its quick and yummy. Read more
