It seems they want you to order on the touch screens. They are easy to use and we put the order in and used my name to be... called. My name was called and I was given one cup but we ordered two drinks. The clerk said that we had only ordered one butgave me another anyway. This store cancelled my order in the Taco Bell app. When I called the store, as the app recommended, to get clarification on... why my order was cancelled a woman answered and shortly started screaming at me that it was DoorDash?s fault even though theycancelled it in the corporate Taco Bell app. She wouldn?t listen to what I was saying, kept repeating the same thing over andover, and then rudely hung up on me while I was talking. As an avid Mexican food fan, I just can't bring myself to give Taco ???? Bell a five...so four is the highest rating I'd ever... give one...so this is the highest rated Taco Bell in the Madison area for me. The drive thru staff is always friendly and theyseem to have fun at the workplace. They almost always get out order right at this location, and the food is delicious. TheMexican pizza was great, and I love their soft taco supremes. The Doritos Locos are bomb, and their nachos bell grande are enpointe. If I had to give criticism I'd say they overcooked a few of their tortillas (i.e. burritos) and they put too much ice intheir drinks. But that's me being picky. Yo quiero Taco Bell ????! Read more

I usually like me some Taco Bell. But this is the worst location in at least 50 miles. All the fountain sodas have a chemical... taste from the city water. They ALWAYS skimp on the quantity of meat they put into a taco. And this has to be the slowestdrive thru of any restaurant the Madison area.
