In the time that they've been open they haven't learned anything. While they are adequately staffed they are completely... disorganized behind the counter. When I arrived to pick up my order after 10 minutes of waiting I was informed that there was anissue with my order and it would need to be completely remade. That's after witnessing someone come to the shop with anincorrect delivery order. Read more

I get they just opened less than a week ago. The crew acts like they don?t have a heartbeat. The phone was ringing off the hook... and I saw the owner/manger and he didn?t throw on an apron to help or anything. I had my ordered scheduled for pickup at 5 anddidn?t receive my order until 5:30. The delivery lady is always super sweet. Even after walking up an ungodly amount of stairs she's always so cheerful and happy.... The food was also delicious. Their cheese breadsticks are a must try. Read more
