The food is standard McDonald's fair, the staff is generally friendly but the accuracy of orders is highly questionable. ALWAYS... make sure you got all of your food and special orders before you leave, even if it has a tag on it saying it has your specialitems. Things are frequently missing. Read more
This place is very much hit or miss. The staff tries their best in most cases. Only catch one with an attitude here and there. ... I've had fresh delicious food, and I've had old dry burgers and dry stale fries. Like 50/50 chance. If the grill would followprocedure and throw out the old food when it expires and serve good quality people wouldn't mind the mistakes so much. I workedat mcds for 12+years. They are super stingy here about your fries. You could order a basket and they'll put the equivalent of a medium fry in it, or... your box will be half full. I ordered 2 baskets of fries this time because of that and they gave me one. So had to go back andget the other. Half the time my order is wrong, typically missing something. Always check before you drive away with this placeespecially. Always a long wait and they love making you pull around to wait. You'd think it was because they ran out and you'regetting fresh food but much more often than not, it's not the case. Was there around 9pm August 9 2022 Girl at drive thru with a nose ring who said her name was ?Ally? was very rude. Argued with... me saying I never ordered fries when I said it like 3 times. When I tried to get her back on the speaker she wouldn?tanswer. Pulled to the window and asked for fries and said very rudely that I didn?t want them. That never said them. I explainedI tried to catch her before she left the speaker that I wanted them because I didn?t see the charge and she said she was busytalking with the next customer, again rudely. The food is consistently incorrect with the order. Front counter also often left unsupervised. Props to the manager though as he... does a great job and is one of the few who takes their job seriously. Read more
EDIT: This location not only continues to set new standards... How can any McDonald's location desecrate the fabled McRib? ... Well, this spot found a way...as usual. We made zeros special requests. In turn, they forgot half of the basic ingredients. Bun, meat, onions, pickles. Simple. It's a, glorious, McRib, right? Well, at this location, everything stopped at bun andmeat. ORIGINAL: This location is wholly defined by a singular word. Mistake. My entire extended family and I have orderedfrom this restaurant a combined total of 37 times within the past 90 days. During that time frame, this location has anaccuracy rating of 7.93%. Of further concern is the fact that not one item of ours was even "customized." For example, justtonight we ordered a "Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich." On the McDonald's website, the description for this item reads asfollows, "Get a little extra with toppings. Go deluxe with shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes and mayo to take crispy, juicy andtender to the next level." The next level? We didn't even receive the 'base' level. What we received an overcooked chickenbreast on a flat bun with two pickle slices. In my experience, McDonald's is entirely lackluster in order accuracy, as well asquality. However, this particular location somehow lowers the bar even further. If the "golden" in your arches of culinaryachievement and performance is an utter failure in every last regard, this is indeed the location for you. Read more
