I need to make sure I taste my drink before leaving. I asked for a caramel latte with skim NO SUGAR! I took a sip and all i... could taste was a watered down latte and mouth full of sugar! Update: this place for the past 6 months Continues to disappoint. I ordered ahead today at 8:30 and when we walked in they said... they didn't received the order. Then they realized they shut the system down and the order was now lost. Outside signs were off,inside TVs were off. They remade it but clearly they were trying to close early. As the system came back on 2 more orders camein. It looks like the white lady was the only one working taking care of customers and cleaning. The other lady was just talkingon her phone. ??????? This was October 8th, 2020 8:30pm Online order is always ready on time. Staff is pretty good dependingwho's working. Location is always clean. Parking lot can be a bit congested sometimes. Read more

I requested a toasted bagel with eggs, bacon, etc. The lady had it for me real fast and I asked her if she toasted the bagel.... With a nice smile, she said she did. But the bagel was not toasted it was soggy and not fresh. It is a good thing that peoplesmile and are polite - I appreciate this.
