I order from here quite often as it is very near to where I live. Unfortunately, the last few times I've ordered through the... app, I have had to repeat what my actual order was at the window. I used to just be able to drive up, get my order, and go. I'mhoping this is just a temporary issue. Read more

Horrible service. They have a bunch of teens working there and they don?t pay attention to what your saying. To busy playing... around and trying to get someone else to do the work. Read more

Tried to order on app and kept bringing me back to the food menu and wouldn't accept my choices. Went through the drive through... and the staff was acting if as I was the problem. I understand that the summer heat has impacted all of us, however you're goingto get back what you put out. So try to have the staff present a better attitude when serving customers. Read more

Prices are crazy expensive. It's actually cheaper to go to the diner down the street instead! $18.00 for a dozen donuts??? Two... sandwiches two iced coffees and a dozen donuts for $40.00? Never again! Read more

I've been going to this Dunkin for years and the last year it's become awful. The last 3 times I've gone I've had my order... messed up and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Today was the last straw. Ordered two coffees and they were literallyjust water and cream. You couldn't even taste the coffee. Do yourself and drive an extra mile to the Dunkin up the street. Another poor (terrible) experience. Online order. 2 coffees, 1 Powerade, 3 sandwiches. I get to the store about 15 minutes after... the order. Figure that should be enough time. Nope. Had to go get the Powerade out of the fridge and the sandwiches weren'tthere. When I finally got someone's attention I was barely acknowledged. Ok. Some fella then put the sandwiches together. Tookhis time. When he finally brought them over bagged, I asked "is that everything?" No acknowledgement. I guess this won't be astepping stone job for him after all. Got home, they messed up one of the coffees. BTW, there was minimal foot traffic in storeand minimal drive-thru traffic. Stay away. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt over Starbucks, but service wise there'sno comparison. Read more

I?ve visited here a couple times now, considering I live down the road in Newtown. Every single time they seem to get my (very... simple) order wrong, and always have an attitude about it. Today I decided to try a coffee off their board, which had pumpkinand whipped cream. She wouldn?t even reach out to grab my money and dropped half of my change while giving me it, but I didn?tthink much of it; everyone makes mistakes! They gave me a regular coffee and I asked if that was the one supposed to be withwhipped cream because I was genuinely curious, and the blonde older lady at the drive thru immediately gave me attitude andinterrupted me telling me ?No. You didn?t ask for that. No.? and to which i said I thought I did but that?s fine. She continuedto have an attitude with a customer in the store, and interrupted her when she was trying to order as well. Not the first timethis has happened here. Very, very rude. Btw, bagel was cold when I asked for it toasted. Choose any other Dunkin but this one. Read more
