Something is always missing wrong or ice cold in my order. It takes a minimum of 7 employees to fill a simple order and the wait... times are beyond ridiculous. Today was beyond anything else. Ordered a few things for my family and a happy meal for the littleone. The happy meal came no box toy missing a nugget frozen fries and per usual half a napkin and no sauce. Usually I love McDonald?s, but today when I ordered it on DoorDash, they had forgotten my three medium fries. so I have called... them and they were so rude to me and the worker there, she refused to give me a refund or anything to make the situationbetter. and then she put me on hold for 20 minutes and purposely ignored me. So I hung up and called again and then I keptcalling over maybe like over 10 times and he purposely did not answer any of my calls time. If this is how they treat payingcustomers at McDonald?s then I would recommend that you should never ever go here or order from them. Whenever I?m in Monroe, I love stopping at the McDonald?s! It?s super clean, and the atmosphere is great! The workers do a great... job, and the food is fresh here. The fries are always hot and crispy. When I used to work here, I stopped by all the time.McDonald?s knows what there doing! Super fast service too. I love using the app and getting the extra deals. This McD's restaurant is one of the cleanest & nicest one I have been too in our local Fairfield county area. Food is always... hot, fresh & hardly any long wait times. Drive-thru is quick & easy. They will also bring your food to you if there is a bit ofa wait time. There is handicapped parking right at front area, along with wheelchair accessible. Great local place for everyoneyoung & old.
