If I could give 10 stars I would. We came here on a Monday night when most Italian places are closed. It was our anniversary, so... we wanted something nice and this restaurant had great reviews. Honestly, some of the BEST Italian food in the state. Fromappetizers through dessert. Service was exceptional! We can't wait to come back to this quaint gem in Monroe. Truly justexceptional. People sitting around us were all commenting how exceptional their meals were too! Stopped by on a week night for a quick dinner. Food was fantastic. Had a shrimp scampi that was so good I called the next day... to talk to the chef (who could not have been more gracious and helpful). Will definitely go again! Read more

Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. Since we started dating during COVID, this was only our second time eating at a... restaurant. So happy I picked this place! We sat outside on their cozy, heated patio which exceeded my expectations. The staffwas attentive and kind. They made our experience truly special. The food was amazing! Appetizer plate included a bit ofeverything which was perfect. Veal saltimbocca and cacio e pepe, mmmmmm! Portions are generous. This restaurant was such a romantic setting. We visited because we always pass it on our commute and after running into some... friends they raved about it. When you walk in you feel the restaurant's charm right away. It feels modern and yet homey. It'sall in a way sectioned off but works very well together. The bar and dining area are separated but in a way that is verydiscreet. But my favorite part about this restaurant was outside. We went in feburary.. I thought what does she mean outside?And then we walk through a stone wall way and walk into a tent with illuminating white lights. How breath taking. The servicewas WONDERFUL. We had a wonderful waitress who answered every single question we had and was more than attentive. The drinkswere deliciously well prepared and the dessert was as well. We ordered the option to try 4 different pastas with 4 differentsauces. This allowed us to really try all the great flavors in several small dishes that still filled us up! Very cute place, a little on a fancier side. Food is delicious, good selection of wine and other cocktails, great service.... Perfect for a birthday dinner, date or a special occasion. I haven't noticed any children, granted we stopped by for dinneraround 8. Meatballs were very good. Pollo florio was full of flavor and tender, highly recommend if you like chicken withmushrooms. Pollo rustico was also great, but on a spicier side. Overall was a great experience, definitely try. I might becoming back as well :) Read more
