Giving 5 stars for having the BEST cake decorator there is!!! Kudos to whomever hired Scott Jutrus, he is truly a rare gem in... the cake decorating world. His followers like myself love watching his videos, so please continue to allow them. Let him shineand do his thing, it will bring your company great success, win win!!!! Will Never Use Blue Rooster for a Cake Again!! Paid $75 for this Cake & Icing Fell Off & Cake Began to Lean After Bringing... Straight Home & Put Into Fridge Immediatly... I called them to discuss what happened and they said if was my fault! What!!! Howdid I cause this icing to fall off? I was also given the cake in an open box for transport and the sunflower was hitting allsides of the box constantly. Took me 1 1/2 weeks go get someone to speak with me. Good Gracious! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE W BLUE ROOSTER! I ordered a strawberry cake w strawberry... icing for my niece?s baby shower. Not only did it taste AMAZING AND LOOK AMAZING, but the attention to detail from Cassidy andJordan (met w them at shop and they called to discuss), was awesome! Staff were friendly my main complaint was that the sandwich I ordered was goofed up which... thankfully they remembered to not put cheese on because I said I was lactose intolerant but the bread was completely wrong, theyreally skimped out on the turkey, and gave me the wrong chips.
