Will Never Use Blue Rooster for a Cake Again!! Paid $75 for this Cake & Icing Fell Off & Cake Began to Lean After Bringing... Straight Home & Put Into Fridge Immediatly... I called them to discuss what happened and they said if was my fault! What!!! Howdid I cause this icing to fall off? I was also given the cake in an open box for transport and the sunflower was hitting allsides of the box constantly. Took me 1 1/2 weeks go get someone to speak with me. Good Gracious! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE W BLUE ROOSTER! I ordered a strawberry cake w strawberry... icing for my niece?s baby shower. Not only did it taste AMAZING AND LOOK AMAZING, but the attention to detail from Cassidy andJordan (met w them at shop and they called to discuss), was awesome! Wow, just wow!!! We stopped in today after getting married at the courthouse to get a cake to celebrate our special moment and... that?s when we were helped by Tessa! We started making small talk asking what was in each type of cake and about all thedifferent desserts, which she was extremely knowledgeable in. She was very happy and pleased to help us and that?s when shefound we had just gotten married. Once she helped us settle on the cookie dough cake, she brought it to the back to wrap itup. When she came back out with our cake, she let us know that the cake was on the house and to enjoy our special day. But ourday was made even more special because the kindness and generosity that Tessa and the Blue Rooster showed us! We have been tothe bakery numerous time and all their pastries and cakes are always amazing, but the kindness that we received today, broughty?all a step above! All the baked goods look phenomenal! Staff were friendly my main complaint was that the sandwich I ordered was goofed up which... thankfully they remembered to not put cheese on because I said I was lactose intolerant but the bread was completely wrong, theyreally skimped out on the turkey, and gave me the wrong chips.
