The guy at the register was friendly, pleasant, and offered an extra item ie: 5 pc shrimp..if we wanted. Store didn't seem to be... as tidy as you'd want at a food establishment. The wait was considerable, but it was close to closing time, so I can understandthat, since I know they actually fry the fish, not just throw frozen fish in grease. It's battered and made fresh, so I can'tcomplain too much on waiting. All in all the fish and chips were very tasty and cooked right, and the young man taking theorders and packing them to go, etc did a good job. (Guy that has his hair about 4 to 6 inches long in twist or dreads) as Ididn't catch his name made it a decent experience. He was also polite when he delivered the food to the dine in customers, as heoffered/grabbed forks, or whatever they needed so they didn't have to get up. Thanks for dinner! Read more
Why was my coleslaw put in the to go plate with the hot food? When I got to eat the coleslaw it was warm! And my green beans... were still piping hot with steam. All in all the food was great other than my coleslaw was not cold. Read more
I would have given 5 stars but my husband sent me with cash and at the drive thru speaker I was informed it had to be card or... exact cash only. Luckily I had my debit card to use. Other than that the service was great and good was as well. Read more
We get takeout twice a week on seniors days Wednesday & Sunday. The drive thru is friendly and quick and never have any issues... with our orders. Read more
Not worth the money, they give u small portions and a small drink for a kid for combo. I have had the lobster rolls before at... another location and liked them but the Monroe location ones are trash. Don?t buy them here, they put very little meat in them,the rolls even look smaller. Read more
This is an awesome place to eat, sometimes you get great service, and sometimes you don't, but I believe if this location had... the right staff, they could be one of the best restaurants around, I give a five star rating on the food, but the staff I'llgive a three star rating, they need new staff. The food at times is under cooked and other times it's over cooked. But I believeif they had staff that would actually watch the food when it was cooking the food would be much better, but I blame it on themanagers on site, the managers don't care as long as they get the food out, there's a lot of room for improvement at alllocations. Good customer service! Fish was hard on outside wet between fish n batter¡ Was not pleased with the fishy smell or texture¡... They got me¡ First time I went about 2 months ago had a wonderful meal!
