Never have to check your bag . Never have to be worried your server hates their job and is completely rude. They're always... professional and polite . Slowest service ever for us at this store. Easy order of 1 sandwich, 2 fries, 1 order of tenders, and 2 shakes. When we got up... to the service area, the person only gave us the two shakes. Then , when we didn?t move, he asked if we ordered something else.Then we waited another 5 minutes for the remaining order. Read more
My second time there and I loved it! I was going to stop at another fast food place for nuggets and remembered chick FIL a used... real pieces of chicken. Got nuggets, waffle fries ???? and a cookies and cream shake. Got a look at the breakfast menu and I'mlooking forward to trying their sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Will be back! Read more
The lady at the front had intense attitude as me and my friends walked in. As she was taking our order, she continued to give... all of us attitude and threw my straw at me. It?s Chick-fil-A. Sometimes it?s the best, sometimes it?s bad. This time it wasn?t great. All I ordered was a brownie and ice... cream. Sat in line for 25 minutes. If they didn?t make you pay in advance I would have just left. When I pulled around to thewindow, the bag was sitting there on the little table for the food runners. By all indications, it had been there for probablymost of the 25 minutes. They remade the completely melted ice cream, but did not offer a fresh warm brownie. The fact that Chick-fil-A stores are still using COVID as an excuse to not open the play area for the kids is really upsetting.... Either take down the sign blaming health concerns or label it as storage! Staff and food was great as always but the continualCOVID crutch by local businesses is B.S!!! Read more
Looking forward to eating here, but was very disappointed in the grilled chicken club sandwich meal. Starting with the good..... the waffle fries were hot. My sandwich on the other hand was NOT. The bread was not fresh and barely held together as I ate only1/2 of the sandwich. The chicken was lukewarm. I paid 14 dollars for a meal and a brown, but only the fries and brownie werethe best part of the meal. No point for the drink because that should always be right. Read more
