I have been to the Monroe Dunkin the last 12 times. And they are always out of a lot of donuts. I am tired of driving there and... a waste of my time. If you don?t go there by 9:00 am to buy . You will come back empty or buy the ones you don?t like. I can?tbelieve a donut shop to only make donuts once a day. They will be out of business soon! 9/29/2022 the restaurant is poorly owned dirty and run down. There is always a longer wait. The crew is always overwhelmed and... their talent is not recognized because there are several leaders I saw on this afternoon shift there. Kati and her crew weregreat. She had a professional caring attitude. She made sure that the crew followed my dietary restrictions with charismadespite the ongoing Rush that probably have been going on for hours. I saw a her leadership very present when she kept the linesgoing both at the drive-thru and Carry out with a great attitude. She wasn't the only one: I saw several young ladies givegreat effort towards customer satisfaction with a smiling face and upbeat energy. I appreciate kati's desire to get my ordercorrect and her concern when she thought it was wrong despite the rush that occurred. Kati needs a promotion and a fat raiseand all of those young ladies on that crew and the men in the back kitchen need to be promoted and supported that franchise andDunkin' donuts corporate. Ive ordered here through Uber eats and also through the dunkin app and it?s always an hour long process just to get the food.... They always require extensive amounts of ?proof? as if every customer thats walking in is trying to scam them. Read more
You order what you want but get what ever they want you to have. Seriously how hard is it.. No whip cream.. Twice I said that... and got it any way then they felt the need to give attitude when I said some thing now every one can understand why we all callit sucking donuts in Monroe. Every time I come they manage to mess something up. Today they put egg on my croissant when I asked them not to. And I asked for... sausage instead. I went back and asked them to remake it and they gave me the same sandwich. Cold. No sausage. And the second Ipicked it up it fell apart. I went back in for the 3 rd time and the finally got it right. Not to mention my FROZEN coffeewasn?t frozen. And about 80% of the time I go in there and have to wait while they finish their conversations in the back. Thisis not the first time this happened. First of all it is too early to deal.with incompetent people. I asked 3 times for Bavarian cream and still she gave me Boston... cream. Then to add insult to injury they're chocolate frosted so how did she give them to me .... IN A BAG on top of each other, so both sides are covered in chocolate. Clearly she isnt very intelligent or doesnt care about good customer service. I dontknow which but what I do know is I WANTED BAVARIAN CREAM ???????????????? also I ordered an almond milk latte and instead theygave me some very sweet vanilla garbage. Completely incompetent.
