Cmon yall. Yall have to do better with yall customer service. Food taste good but....first off I ordered biscuit n gravy and the... girl says pull around???? o ask well how much is it. She tells me $11 something . I say $11???? She ask me what i wanted againand She done added my order to the car in front of me order. Smh. Then I get to the window and the boy hands me my food before Ieven gave him my card. I could have drove off without paying!!!! But I'm not going to do that. But tell me how do I eat biscuitand gravy without a fork or spoon?? And no napkins. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!! Hands down, my worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Slow service, "can't understand you over the drive through," no... chicken, inside closed, only ordered 3 kids burgers and 3 small fries for $18, at the window the attendant was confrontationaland cared little for service or what we needed. If it weren't for my hungry kids I would've left, especially after waiting for20 minutes to just order with only 1 customer infront of us. Read more
Sorry service. Ordered 2 #6 burgers with no cheese. They gave me cheese anyway, and also gave me the #1 burger meat for the... premium #6 burger. Got cheated on what I wanted on the burgers and sold the cheep burger for the premium price. Monroe Hardee'sneeds to close shop. Cannot trust their food there. Read more
Drive through only on Saturdays? This why I will not make that mistake again. Sat in line 15 minutes to order. Shirt supply of... workers, cool I get it. Watched car infront order 7 biscuits. I order 4. We pull up to pay and that order is filled while I haveto pull aside to wait. Cool, covid worker short staffed, I get it. I watched 10 cars pull up get their order and leave. 17minutes later I get my biscuits, so almost 40 minutes waiting. Just to realize later I only got 3. SMH. NO EXCUSE. Read more
Never have had bad food and never have they got my order wrong. Been going to this hardees since I was a young kid. I almost... only go for breakfast but it's my favourite place to get a bite to eat when I work in the mornings. Hashrounds are always hotenough and cooked just right.
