Wish I could give 0 stars... They will give anyone a management position nowadays. My online order was all messed up, when I got... home. I called up there to complain and Luke was awesome with letting me know he would correct my order next visit at no charge.I let him know I would pick it up at lunch tomorrow, he said he would not be in but ask for Barbara the manager. I just calledto speak with Barbara a minute ago to see was she aware of the situation. This lady was soooooooooo rude and nasty, and she letme know Luke was a nobody and not able to make decisions like that. She only give customers a discount when their order is notcorrect, nothing free. And she also had to throw in there, that Luke was no longer with them, after last night! (That was noneof my business!) I love Moe's during lunch, since it's right across from where I work, but I will no longer be going back tothat location, thank Mrs. mean/rude/nasty Barbara for that one!!! Read more

The manager is highly overworked, but they can't find people willing to work. Still, the two workers were efficient. The place... is rarely very clean, but again, workers are few. This particular Moe's is rather small, but they do have outdoor seating. Read more
