Incompetent! I already had to wait 10 minutes to get my pick up order because the girl cannot figure out how to use the computer... with someone making over the phone order. Then once she?s finally done I give her my name she tells me she cannot find my orderand of course I left my phone in the car and there?s four people waiting behind me. I go back to my car get my phone confirm I?min the right location and I asked her what is it that she needs to pull my order up. She asked my name again and all of a suddencan?t find my order. EXCELLENT customer service by Karl..Give that man a RAISE..Polite, on point with his work..Was told 10-15 mins on my pizza,... waited in parking lot and was about to go in, before i could get out Karl came out and hand delivered my food to me in theparking lot to keep business moving smoothly..Great job..
