Never received a response about the bad side items we had to throw away for the second visit after they went downhill starting... about a year ago.Once on an inside order and again on a takeout meal we had to throw some of the meals out due to spoilage andlack of proper food handling techniques by the untrained children they employ here .This place is a waste of hard earned moneyand it would be great if they just closed down but, apparently there's enough people for them to keep at this for a long time.At least we have somewhere else to go now and enjoy a full barbecue meal for a few dollars more and it is well worth it. I was very disappointed, my hammer was burnt, not a little I mean I had to scrape the burnt crust off of it before I could even... think about eating it. The frys were a couple days old. I will not return, please stay away. I will stay home and cook my ownhamburger from now on. Read more
I ordered a to go chicken sandwich. I asked for lettuce and tomato. No tomato and the lettuce was rotten. Also, the Cole slaw... was yellow and runny. The fries were soggy and half cooked. Very disappointed to say the least. Read more
Food was good enough to eat, but they got our order wrong and only gave us one flavor of wings instead of two, they were Fried... instead of smoked as well. Last but not least, our order was not ready when we got there at the time provided. Read more
They gave us raw chicken. Out of the 10 tenders we ordered, only 2 or 3 were mostly cooked. Don?t go there anymore. Very... unsanitary. Read more
Shane's has a great burger. I was shocked really. I love bbq, Shane's is a little to commercialized for me, the bbq is decent.... You know what to expect when you go here. Nothing bad to say, it's just not real bbq. Read more
Order was placed thru Doordash and was delivered without ribs. How do you fix that? Is Doordash gonna go back and bring my ribs... at no charge? Is Shanes gonna give a credit over the phone? Nope and nope. How about making sure the order is correct before itgoes out? Is that too much to ask? Read more
