It's subway, but the folks at this location are exceptional!
Just left subway a few mins ago and I'm highly upset with how I was treated I walked in and was looked at up and down but never... said hello or anything waited in line still nothing was said to me after just doing 12 hours at work and to not even be spokento after waiting is a slap in the face once I walked out the door now the man wants to talk but had nothing to say to me while Istood their never again will I go back . I had a subway coupon that I had received in the mail and went to this location to order a footlong and they are not accepting... coupons at this time. They were not friendly,barely gave me any meat on my sandwich and the prices have gone up. Not a goodexperience. Read more
Great 6 inch spicy Italian. Everything was fresh and pretty. Busy but no wait. Very pleasant experience.
I had a coupon that came in the mail from Subway so I went in and they wouldn't take it. So I said I have a coupon on my Subway... app for $1 off on a foot long the employee ask the manager and he said he won't take it. I don't know how you can own afranchise like this and not take promotions that the company sends out. To me this is bad business and I won't be back. Alsothey put a lot less meat and vegetables on their sandwiches than other local Subways. Read more
Hadn't eaten here in two years. Only one person working at noon time. Same old same old. Where's the meat?? 90 percent of... sandwich is bread with very little meat. Not my kind of place. For $8.75 a 6 inch sub and med soda, " see u in two years again " Read more
This is a mixed review. Upon entering the establishment, there was no one behind the counter. Eventually, the lady that was... working came and just looked at me. I asked her if she was ready and it was like pulling teeth to get her to acknowledge thefact I was even there. There was no other customers in the facility. The gentleman that was working with her finished moppingand came around to help. Two very different personalities. His was inviting, friendly, and courteous. I love the subs atSubway and will always give that part a 5 star, but due to the lady that was working and her attitude, I have to give 3 stars. Read more
I recommend the Subway shop that IS NOT INSIDE WAL-MART (it is not clean). The Subway located next to Captin D's (address 1025... West Spring Street). This Subways is very clean and no food is turing colors (like lettus and meats). They are fast to servetheir customers and enough staff there to handle everyone that walks into their shop. They know what I'm going to get when Iwalk in. I highly recommend this Subway and will never use the one inside Wal-mart. I did once while shopping at Wal-martbecause it was convenient but conveniently was not worth it. The lettus was turning brown and the vegetables was mixed up inwith the other vegetables and there was paper all over the floor and the tables were dirty. It was just a mess. I will neverever use the Subway inside Wal-mart again!!! Always use the SubWay next to Captain D's. I give them 5 stars. They are awayscleaning in between customers. I've never ever seen this Subways with paper on the floors or tables. I've never seen thevegetables mixed up or lettus turned brown waiting to be put on someway sandwich. So if you want a Subway sandwich go to 1025West Spring Street, you'll be happy you did v/s the one at Wal-mart. There is such a visual difference and a difference inattitude with employees too.
