If I could give this less than one star I would. We visited last night and waited over an hour just to reach the ordering... window. Once we finally got to the front of the line, we started seeing SEVERAL pizzas being made and no one was speaking to us.Finally we asked what was going on and we were told they were temporarily stopping the in person line to do online orders only.We thought that was very rude, but assumed they just meant for a few minutes to get one or two pizzas out. We stood there towatch 14 pizzas be made. The entire staff was ignoring us and the rest of the line, which was backed up to the outside door, tohelp people who had ordered online for 45 minutes. By the time we got our pizzas we had been in the store for close to 2 hours.And once we got our pizzas every single one was burnt black on the bottom. We ate what we could and proceeded to leave knowingit would be a VERY VERY long time before we came back, as I'm sure most people who were there last night felt as well. In myopinion with a staff of 8 employees working behind the counters they DID NOT have to devote the entire staff to online orders,they could have divide and conquered allowing all customers to be served. I live the atmosphere and food here! My kids live pizza and the variety of choice plus the kids getting to make their own pie is... amazing! These guys behind the counter really give you a good experience welcoming experience. We area small town and they aretruly keeping that vibe going. Thank you! Read more

I don?t honestly know what has happened here. Your Pie is one of my favorite places to eat! It?s that fact that it?s fast casual... dining. There is no fast anymore here. The past two times I have been here we have waited well over 45 min in line just toorder. Once you get to ordering the staff is so involved in to talking to each other. I used to manage a Your Pie and the linewe stood in?I could personally had them out of line within 20 min by myself. If corporate came in and Evaluated?your restaurantwould be shut down for a complete training. I seriously think you need to rethink your staff expectations. I?m not even gonnablame management in this one because it?s also ownership. As an owner you should be ashamed. You have a great spot and couldmake a great name for yourself but your selling yourself short. Proper training for the management and staff. Corporate has itall and can provide it for you just ask but obviously your not using what they are providing. The cleanliness was awful. Theattentiveness was awful. Just all around awful. You need to shut down take a couple days train staff properly. Don?t throw a newperson on dough or line without knowing the pizzas and etc. Wake up and change something or your gonna fail. Just because yourin a prime spot doesn?t mean your entitled the business. Read more

Placed order at 9:47 well before opening for 11:30 pick up and paid for it. Got there at 11:23 and asked, they had to look, it... was still on the printer. Finally got it at quarter of 12. I asked about the size because i had paid for a 14", was told thatwas it. Got home and laid a measuring tape on it, 10". Cost $22.46 and i could have gotten 2 10" lunch pizzas with meats for $8or 9 bucks a piece. This location sucks. One star because 0 isnt an option. Ate half on way home. Read more

My family has been coming here since it opened. Has always been awesome food and great service. The last two times it has been... awful with a completely new crew. Not sure who trained the new hires, but they move in slow motion and clearly no leadership orcommunication. They were all just standing around. I know it?s nice to get extra toppings, but too much can make for a pizzathat is not cooked all the way through and is soggy. The gelato was disgusting and melted like soup and they look at you likewhy are you asking if it is melted. I hope they can pull it back together or they are going to continue to lose a lot ofcustomers ???? Read more

Since changing owners, this location has steadily declined in cleanliness and efficiency, as well as quality of food. There were... 10+ employees working today and the entire restaurant was filthy. Most of the kids ?working? were just standing around. I alsowanted to ask the person making pizzas if they?d ever seen a pizza before; it was abysmal. Likely won?t return for a while. Read more

I like your pie, in general. This one needs to change to the tin tray for Keto crust that other locations use. Update this is... the Best Keto pizza I have had to date. Awesome service too! Read more

This place has really gone down hill. My family and I came during lunch on a Saturday. There was 4 tables being used but none of... the tables were cleaned. The floor was disgusting. The trash was over flowing so bad you couldn?t put any trash away. There wasonly one lady who seemed to be working. She even asked someone for some help and nobody moved or said anything to her. Everyoneelse was standing around, most on their phone. The cooler was almost completely empty. Read more
