I haven?t seen a Casey?s store yet that doesn?t deserve 5 stars. The only negative would be that TP isn?t monitored enough. ... Maybe there should be a buzzer button next to the dispenser that when there isn?t any TP left, the person sitting can buzz thecheckout counter for a new roll. Read more
I will not return after the way i was treated by the kitchen manager. She mad me wait almost four hours to order a pizza maybe... you should pick someone who knows how to work a kitchen. Read more
Caseys offers awesome pizza and also has burgers/tenderloins/etc. Plenty of gas pumps, restrooms and parking available. This... is the only place in Monroe to purchase liquor. The facility is always clean and staff is efficient and friendly. Read more

If you've been to Iowa lately, you know that Casey's rules in Iowa. If you pass through Monroe, you definitely want to stop by,... store 2523 and see Charlotte and the rest of the gang. They are a great example of why Casey's General Store's is so successful.I met Charlotte at 12:30 in the morning and she was busy making homemade cookies! I ordered a chef salad, and she put ittogether in no time with a smile. She claims to be an employee for about 13 years. I don't know how old this facility is, but itlooks brand new. Our semi truck's batteries died and the truck wouldn't start on a cold Sunday morning and we were left stranded. A woman that... works here and her husband, who were complete strangers to us offered to lend us a hand. He drove all the way to his home andback to get equipment to try and Jumpstart our truck. This was unsuccessful so he drove us to NAPA to buy batteries for ourtruck. Very kind, friendly, selfless, and good hearted people. We can't thank them enough.
