I went to Arby?s today for lunch, after craving for it since having it for dinner Monday night. Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich... with curly fries and orange fanta for myself, and Buffalo sliders and peach lemonade for my daughter. The food and customerservice skills was flawless!!! However, today I ordered the exact same thing for myself, asked for extra ranch on sandwich, Ihad no ranch, no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no onions on my sandwich. Only turkey, cheese, and bacon!! Absolutely disillusioned with this place. You folk can't even get an order right after two tries. Understand this: a Beef and... Cheddar sandwich comes with CHEESE on it. It isn't a REGULAR. ROAST.
