Love the food but their customer service is lackluster at best.
HORRIBLE!! My orange chicken was fried too hard. Couldn't even get the fork through it. Bourbon chicken was dry like it was a... day old! No good contact number to call restaurant. Wasted $8! Just threw it away because I had already made it all the way backto work. Very disappointed! Read more

Eaten here twice recently. Very good chinese food. I would recommend.
The manager is extremely rude. When I set my food on one of the tables in the food court the liquid inside started pouring out... the bottom. It clearly had a hole in it. I brought it back up and asked for a new box, not a refund or new food, just a box. Themanager threw a fit saying I was wasting his money by getting a new box and argued that it was my fault. He snatched the foodfrom me and fully replaced it and was being passive-aggressive telling the other customers that he wouldn't put any juices in myfood and showing them. Read more
