customer service is very racist. they act all sweet, friendly &? talkative with their white customers. but with me ( an African... American female) they where very stand offish. acting like they was scared to take the money from me. giving me rude looks andweird stares. i was VERY uncomfortable and will definitely not be returning. if you are a person of COLOR , i HIGHLY RECOMMENDYOU, NOTTTTTTT TO COME EAT HERE ( MONROE , LA location ) . its NOT Diverse friendly!! Very overpriced food. The menu has more expensive appetizers than other fine dining restaurants in the area and everything is... just over fried. The main sandwiches are average price of 14 without a side or drink. We come once every 6 months and regret it. Read more
Ordered $50 worth of wings,there wasn't anyone else waiting on wings but us,the wings came up and set in window for about 5... minutes, I got up and asked the cashier were those our wings? The food was delicious as always but I noticed a 3% CC charge on my bill. My friend who also ate there got this charge even... though he paid cash. I asked and this stands for credit card charge. I had the open face chili and cheese hotdog with sweet potatoe fries. I really enjoyed it. The service was fast and friendly.... I recommend going by for lunch as they can get you fed quickly during your lunch break. Read more
Used to eat here all the time with my brother years ago when I lived in Monroe and we really enjoyed it every time we went.... Haven?t had it in years and we decided to order it through delivery. What happened? First the price was $80 for two meals andone appetizer but thought it?s Daq?s so it will be worth it. The cheese sticks came in the same shape as the hamburger patty andI couldn?t decide which one tasted worst. Literally I couldn?t tell you how many sticks came with the order because it was justone big fried patty of cheese. Wish I had taken a picture honestly to even be able to describe it better. Fries were a grayishdark brown color either old or well over fried. The best part of the burger was the bun. I do not like leaving reviews like thisfor local business but good grief my personal meal alone for a burger and fries was over $20 can I at least get a fresh order.
