I placed my order paid and was told to pull up that chicken is going to be 15 min wait. 45 min later I had to go into the... restaurant to find out they forgot about me waiting. I was given my food and refunded. They need a better system to keep up withwho is waiting in the parking lot so this doesn't happen again. The manager was very apologetic. Terrible experience I will not be returning to this location. The lady that took my order in the drive thru was very rude. She... took my payment, gave me my drink without a straw and told me to pull up. I pulled up and realized I didn?t have a straw sowhenever she brought my food out I asked her for a straw she walks off and says you need to come inside to get a straw. Now whywould I have to come inside to get a straw when I came through the drive thru??? If she wasn?t trying to rush me out the windowafter receiving my payment then she probably would?ve remembered to give me my straw. I eventually got my straw but not withouta nasty attitude and profanity being used against me like it was my fault but yeah like I said I will not be returning. Read more
