Decided to go to Longhorn's for dinner tonight with my family and unfortunately my salmon was burned to a crisp! The waitress we... had tonight was also subpar, she never came to check on us once after dropping the food off until she brought us the check alongwith to-go boxes so I never even got the chance to have my dinner fixed...Very disappointed with tonights food and service!Usually their salmon is so good! The steaks are good, and they have a good variety of sides. It is a bit expensive for what it is, but after a few visits, I've... been pretty impressed with the food and service. One odd note: the staff would not allow us to push two tables together for ourparty I'd 12 even though the restaurant was less than 1/2 full. They said this was a new policy post COVID. This made no senseas the tables were so close to one another in the restaurant, the back of your chair is touching the back of the person's chairsitting behind you. We checked reviews before going there and they said they had prime rib. When we arrived it took them 5 minutes to even... acknowledge us being there. Then we were told to wait for a booth to be cleaned by a bus boy. We finally were seated and ourhostess was obviously not thrilled to be serving us. The ribeye was excellent, cooked to a perfect medium. The sweet potato and cesar salad were also good. However, the Texas... tononion was a little overcooked to my taste. The Whiskey Sour was found to be lacking too. Overall a pleasant experiencethough. Read more

My wife really enjoyed her filet and potato. On the other hand my daughter said her steak was very bland, and I have to agree... with her. My steak was cooked to a crisp hard piece. Nothing like a taste of burnt meat in your mouth. Service was pretty good. Read more

Walked in at 4:00 and was told it would be 10-15 min wait due to staff changes. 25 min later I walked up to ask if they had... forgotten about us and the host rudly said it's only been 25 min and I just texted you. We love eating at this place but maybehe was having a bad moment. We have never had such a rude encounter with a host at this place. I'm sure 10-15 min might runover in restaurants occasionally but it's nice to know after EVERYONE has been seated( in the mostly empty restaurant ) and youcontinue to sit and wait another 15-20 minutes that you haven't been forgotten about.
