I eat here daily for lunch. The staff is always nice and helpful. It?s always clean ! And the tea is amazing !

Went in to get a quick bite to eat. Walked in & was able to place my order right away. Ordered the spud max, it was piping hot &... fresh once it arrived. It took about 10 minutes from the time I ordered to receive the food. The employee that brought itapologized for the delay but I had no issue because as previously stated it was very fresh, hot, & delicious. Read more

Staff in the kitchen loud and obnoxious; staff bringing out the food was yelling across the restaurant to the kitchen, and the... included photo was my McAlisters Club ... At best a small HALF sandwich. I'm still hungry. Not good. Read more

Food cold . Employees and Manger do not want to work and it shows.Dont mind the wait but do care if food sits in window long... time and if you want anything after order you are out of luck.They are wanting people to leave don't see how they will stay inbusiness much longer because of service and attitude. Don't think I will be back .cold food, burnt bread,order not right chickentortilla soup should be cold cream of nothing, rotel cheese even cold you can't even stir , potatoes had to be a few days oldbutter want even melt if you get a butter, everything was just bad. Our host,KK, was informed that our food was incorrect and her response was ?oh yeah it wasn?t supposed to have that on there?... and walked away. Our club was very dry and missing the cheese. Our spud had onions wen though it wasn?t supposed to. Worseexperience I?ve had in a McAlister?s. Read more
