I went through the drive thru and everyone was really nice and friendly. Sometimes drive through folks and be abrupt but both... window workers spoke kindly and wished us a good day. What a nice stop. Read more
Just left the drive through. (1) I could not understand anything the employee was saying & it was not because of the mic. (2)... Instead of telling me my total cost, was told "Nevermind, you can see it on the screen." (3) After pulling up to the window topay, was not acknowledged in anyway as employee stacked Happy Meal boxes. As I began to pull away, the employee sticks theirhead out of the window to tell me I'd need to pay with at that window. I asked what had taken so long and employee stated theyhad other things to do. This is the second time I have gone to this location and never again. Customer service is very poor and both times the bread is... dry and breaking apart food was cold and the frys old and cold overall not worth going back I'll spend my money elsewhere theyweren't busy either so what's the excuse?? Went to this McDonald's for breakfast, drive through was around the building so I went inside. 2 people waiting for orders, and... no one waiting to give their order. I looked through the menue then walked up to the counter. A manager walked by me and handed1 person their order, walked back and got the second person's order. Then walked to the back. Never acknowledged my presence nortook my order. After a 4 to 5 minute wait I just left. If restaurants don't want to give service I will keep my money in mypocket. Why would anyone do business at McDonald's?. I gave 1 star only because that's the lowest it would take. Read more
