Went in today to get some pizza because we wanted a change from our routine...Welllll that did not go as planned...as soon as we... walked in the door an employee shouted out (rather rudely I might add) "There's no Dine in here...Can't you see we don't haveany tables or chairs for you to sit in?"... what a shock.. rude all the way around.. and not hospitable at all... guess PizzaHut will never get my money again in any way...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR YOUR MONEY Read more
By far the best Pizza Hut we have ever experienced. Food was phenomenal and service can't be beat.
The service I received was the worst in a long time. Long story short I placed a mobile order for a supreme & recieved a cheese... pizza instead. When I told them about it they said all the specialty pizzas where being transmitted to the restaurant as cheesepizzas. "It's been doing that a while. You have to call up here afterwards". Wth!? I placed my order for pick up and gave them an hour to get it ready. I get through the drive through window and there were... several cars and waited in the drive through for more than 30 mins. I finally get to the window and gave my information thenthe rep said that they were out of pan pizza dough and did I want anything else, so I said no thank you and went to anotherpizza place that had my order ready in 15 minutes. My husband and I made a phone order for our pizzas to be well done. Politely asked Linda to run the pizza through twice, or it... will be given back. We assured her that it?s impossible to burn it. We like it crispy. When picking up, she handed the pizzasthrough the window and asked us to check them. I opened the box, and it was nowhere close to being well done. She then tells usthat she can?t take it back once it?s been opened. We give her the pizza that hasn?t been opened and ask to run it again. Shetells us to pull up and she?d bring it out to us. She then sends her daughter out to bring the pizza instead of doing itherself, who doesn?t even work here. Very poor customer service. Read more
