Food was very nasty. Hot food was requested, but received cold food. I also asked for spicy breasts and wings, instead I... received all mild. The entire order had to be cooked. The apple pies were old and cold. Three new fresh apple pies wererequested, instead three pies fried in old cooking oil. A large tea was ordered and it was unsweert. What a waste of $35.00. They were out of a lot of drinks. The drink machine wasn't working correctly for what they did have. The chicken was... undercooked. The staff was unfriendly. There was no-one inside and only three cars, counting me, in the drive-through, yet eachcar had to wait approximately three minutes at the speaker before their order was taken. Read more

The lady working behind the counter was very very very rude I believe she may have been a manager but not sure. She was very... rude when letting us know that it was take out only, and then I had to walk back across the street to get silverware and she wasvery hateful when giving it to me she was hateful whenever I asked for it. NOBODY WEARING MASKS and service is horrible. They gave me not so fresh chicken along with maybe two teaspoons of mash potatoes... & half container of red beans & rice in a family meal. Prior to ordering , it was pitch black but I notice the light over thechicken and proceeded to place order. I asked if they were aware the lights were off and they responded yes. Now back to thebeginning, I asked why no one was wearing a mask . The young lady at drive thru stated she?d just returned from break , whichmeans you?re on the clock. Well , I noticed that the lady that was preparing my food mask was UNDER her chin and she was talkingand preparing my food at the same time. I asked if masks was a requirement and the young lady in drive thru said yes. Ieventually got my order and got home , only to return it bc it wasn?t fresh and containers nearly empty. If you don't want butter or honey for your biscuit, don't want your dipping sauce, napkins or drink. If you want burnt beignets... with no powdered sugar than this is the place for you!
