If I could rate them a zero I would, the pizza was worst than any store bought pizza, pepperoni pizza from hell.

Just got my pizza delivered. Had breadsticks that should have included marinara or their sauce. It did not after I specifically... ordered breadsticks for the sauce. What a let down. Ugh Read more

I've eaten at this specific Sbarro since I was a little girl. The pizza was always fresh and I was always greeted with a... smile. Today I walked up to a display of freshly made pizza and asked for a slice of pepperoni but instead of fixing me a sliceof the fresh pizza, the manager turns around to the counter behind her and proceeds to grab a piece of old pizza that looked asif it had been sitting there for hours. I said no ma'am I want a piece of this fresh pizza. She tells me she serves this otherfirst and refuses to get the slice from the pizza I asked for. I tell her that I don't want that old piece of pizza and then shetries to tell me it's "fresher" than what I was asking for. I said ma'am that pizza is old and if I can't have what I want, thenI will take my business elsewhere. So I did. WONT BE BACK!
