We went in to have breakfast this morning and Katherine was fabulous! Our family wanted a specific meal that wasn?t on the menu... and Katherine hooked us up! She was always smiling and gave us updates as we waited. Waffle House is lucky to have Katherine andthe employees they had there today. Everyone greeted us with a smile and a good morning! My sister and I were at the Waffle House on 165 North at 11:10 p.m and the cashier was so DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE towards the... African American customers They wanted to sit down and eat their food. This waffle House is so RUDE they also have ROACHES inthe women's bathroom! Someone really should report them for being racially biased. The other ladies which just happens to beof the Caucasian Persuasion were just sitting at the counter with no problems. Read more
The restaurant was clean, and our waitress Ebony was amazing and super nice! However, when it came time for paying, our total... was $26. We told the hostess what we wanted to leave as a tip and she decided to write it herself on the ticket. She ended upcharging us $40 and wrote $3.60 in the tip box.....not happy about them trying to screw not only the customers out of money, butthe waitresses out of their tips as well. Read more
