Horrible customer service. If I could give less than 1 star i would. You can tell them your order 3-4 times and it will still be... wrong. The guy at the front appears that he doesn't want to be there and was very unpleasant when taking my order. I also dodelivery service and they don't want to help you when you enter the store. Only gave one star because it took over thirty minutes for us to get our food, done in. There were only 4 other people in there... when we got there. Terrible service and rude employees. Read more

I 100% don?t recommend!! They never get your order right & over charge you. Service is extremely poor. They also decided to... scrape a condiment off something of my sandwich instead of just remaking my sandwich. Read more
Went in specifically to get a patty melt for lunch because it had been a couple years since I had one. Not at all what I... remembered. The staff was friendly & provided pleasant service. The kitchen seemed to be complete chaos, it was so many peopleback there. The sandwich was semi fresh & barely had the special sauce which to me is what makes the patty melt. I got a rootbeer & it was flat, tried the strawberry soda, also flat & had to settle for sweet tea which was not fresh either. The frieswere fresh & hot. Read more
Not really too sure on how this location even has 4 stars. That is actually VERY generous. Not only did my curbside order not... get brought out on time, i had to go inside and wait at the counter for 10 minutes, while listening to all the workers cut upwith each other in the kitchen. To top it all off, the 3 malts that i ordered weren?t even made. ALSO, when i told one of theworkers that i ordered 2 vanilla malts, and 1 chocolate malt, i got back out to my vehicle, and ungraciously discovered that oneof the shakes(that i drank) was banana. Which i am severely allergic to. I am currently in the hospital while typing this. Ifyou value your life and time, don?t waste either coming to this location. Thanks whataburger. Buster cherry, out. 10-14-18 dinner time. So I?ve never tried this place, let?s stop. The ladies at this restaurant were super nice, sociable and... helpful. I let the cashier pick my meal. I didn?t care for what I got but it wasn?t bad just not me. The restaurant was veryclean, even the parking lot. I was impressed with my overall experience at this location.
