Lemon pepper wings were undercooked and not very good like they used to be. I had to put them in the oven for 15 more minutes.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in a wing stop in all my travels. Tatyana took my order at the counter and was... very rude and acted offended that I wanted to dine in and not get my meal to go. I don't recall ever being treated so rudely.The other employees were nice. Food was good, just blown away by way I treated while ordering my food. Read more

I don't know if Terry is the Manager or not but if he isn't the Manager, he needs to be! Every time he is there he has excellent... customer service! My food is always good. I came in one day and my food was supposed to be ready at 12; instead of makingexcuses he got it done immediately! I eat at Wingstop alot and I've witnessed on several occasions his great customer service toother customers! I've seen him answering phones, taking orders, cooking, etc. He does it all! Please keep him there. He needs tobe District Manager because he has the skills! Read more

Only leaving 1 star because 0 stars are not allowed.. Placed our order online with an email confirmation that it would be ready... in 16-21 minutes. I went in the store twice after arriving to check on my order and both times I was assured it was next inline. Exactly one hour after placing my order it still wasn't ready when I went in to check on it a 3rd time. When I went in andsaid I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund I was told it would take 5-10 business days to get my refund. The refundrequest was processed so professionally - a picture of the receipt of purchase was taken on a worker's cell phone and sent towho knows where. DO NOT EAT HERE! The service was horrible, the store was dirty, and the staff was unprofessional! After Ivoiced my complaint one of the cooks in the kitchen winked at me. I have reached out to the Wing Stop franchise as this isunexceptable. Chicken wings were being pulled from a cooler and thawed chicken juice was dripping from the container. The healthdepartment will be next on the appropriate parties to contact about this establishment. Read more
