What a SHAME. Pride is an ugly thing... I've been coming in there since they opened (it was always LAST on my list of places I... want to eat because they were never consistent in their quality of food and service was hit or miss.. definitely can't handle afull house). Even tho it was mediocre, the staff was nice and food was 'good enough'. My last dine-in experience with them, weleft because our server just never came back because they had her serving a full house And running the counter, while lazyowners/family sat back observing. We left very kindly, not upset, just hungry, and reassured them it was Totally OK, Iunderstood, and will be back, and so I have in fact continued to give them my business, ordered carryout several times from themsince then. TODAY is the LAST TIME: Today they replaced a soup that they forgot to give me the last time. They gave me doublewhich is more than I required, but it was nice. I also ordered 1/2 order biscuits&gravy w/scrambled eggs, and a 2 egg breakfastw/ meat, potatoe, toast. I get home, open the bag, there's only the breakfast, NO BUSCUITS AND GRAVY, NO TOAST, and Still I'mnot Angry, just disappointed. Mistakes happen, even if it's twice in a row. So I called to let them know, the owner gets on thephone, he gets Loud with me, saying they never get these complaints and he doesn't have time to go back and forth with me. NoProblem, Sir. Asked for water initially and got plain ice water. In conversation with waitress said she wasn't busy so I do not understand why... she would not put lemon in my water. Just a minor thing breakfast was prepared well at a breakfast burrito which was goodaverage anyway. 10 bucks for all ice water and breakfast burrito might be a little expensive Read more
Pretty good food. The waitress was great. The portion of food could have been bigger for the price.
Let me start by saying that the wait staff was very nice. They were training some new people and were busy, but they made sure... we were taken care of promptly. The food was good, I had the patty melt. The portions were fine and it was cooked through. Myreason for not giving more stars is because the restaurant needed a thorough cleaning. The floors under the booths could use agood scrub and the bathrooms were in need of cleaning also. I've seen worse, but I have also seen better. Everything else wasfine, it just needs a good cleaning. I will give them another try later. August 2022 I went back and had breakfast this time. I ordered a American omelet. The restaurant was busy, but my omelet was done quickly and correctly. The kitchen staff mustreally know their stuff. The waitstaff also does a great job. The food was very good and the restaurant was clean. I changedmy rating from 3 stars to 5. I would go there again. Read more
Me and husband are regulars and the owner always remembers us and makes feel like home.. food is always on point... however my... only complent is that the wait staff need better ppl skills. They also need to learn how to come to the table more then just totake ur order and give u your check... countless time I have to get up to ask for refills on drinks or if I need anything.Sometimes I can't finish my meal for lack of drink. The food was absolutely disgusting. Second time we order from here with hair in the food. The pita bread was molded and the... scrambled eggs had the shells scrambled along. Black Hair in the salad (was small, looked like beard hair). Multiple itemsmissing from order. Food was disgusting. Never ordering from here again. Bought the food and threw it in the garbage.
