I stopped this morning. Only 3 cars in the parking lot. The one server seated me and said another server will get my order.... Could of asked if I wanted something to drink. I waited and waited. Then I walked out. I know many things have changed sinceCovid and I guess customers service was another. I remember when waitress waited on the customers not the other way around. I ordered the 2 piece fried chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so hard I could barely bite it; and... very spicy. I couldn't eat it. The green beans were also spicy. Couldn't eat them. The biscuits certainly weren't the oldbiscuits they used to serve. Hard on the outside. Not tasty at all. Only thing good, was the mashed potatoes, which had to bedoused in butter. Usually decent, though nothing special. Tonight I ordered a Wildfire Salad for my wife (takeout). She ended up eating a peanut... butter sandwich instead because the salad was inedible. It looked terrible (lots of very wilted salad) and smelled worse. Iwouldn't have fed it to a goat. Read more
The food was good the service even better! Kasey is the very best of the best! She was happy and positive to every customer,... made menu suggestions and checked back to make sure we had what we needed. Bob Evans is very lucky to have her! Read more
Usually was great. My dining partners was great. My order on the other hand. Steak was over cooked(Ordered medium rare, was well... done), eggs were under cooked, toast didn't come out until 10 minutes after my dining partner finished eating(I was waiting onthe toast to eat the eggs). Hash browns were OK, but everything else, and super slow service was just... Wouldn't have been sobad if we weren't one of 3 tables when we first arrived, one of 5 when we left. Will never be back. So gross. Food was cold my carrots were raw and my mashed potatoes was a tiny spoon full. Six little green beans. Wont go here... again. The food has gotten nasty also. Spend your money elsewhere. It would be worth it. Read more
