My dressing was not cooked full ,I placed my order at about 11:50. The greens were very chewy and my muffins were cold. I'm so... disappointed,I drive from Toledo to Monroe a Senior living on a tight budget and could not afford to drive back. Firstly, the food was amazing, but the service was horrible. I'm not sure if the guy was new, or what, but it took him nearly 25... minutes to come to our table after we were seated. We watched another table get seated 20 minutes into waiting and get served,by the same guy, almost right away. We asked two separate servers two separate times if we could get some service and both timesthey were very rude about it. We asked the second time who our server was and she replied, "I don't know" and walked away. Onlythen did the guy FINALLY come to our table. He forgot multiple things; our drinks, our sides, and one of our food orders. He didnot come back to check on us until it was time for the bill. Everyone else, the hostesses and the people at the check outregisters, were very nice and polite, but all of the servers we encountered were rude. Don't be a server if you don't like thejob. Always love Cracker Barrel and is a must visit on our USA road trips. Food, staff and shop excellent.
This isn?t the place to order breakfast to go at all. Asked for scrambled eggs and idk what this is they gave us and there was... absolutely no syrup and we have two orders of pancakes. Everything would have been solved if this was a dine in experience. Justdouble check your Togo orders or dine in. And my grandmas sampler was missing the sausage. I asked for over medium eggs meaningall whites cooked and my eggs are extremely runny. I can barely even eat them. Never ordering breakfast to go again. Cracker Barrel has always been one of my favorite dining places.Great food and great ambiance. However today I ordered the "... Chef Salad " and after several folks, I bit into a foreign matter ( ? ) After reporting the incident to the waitress , she wasvery helpful and apologetic. The Manager was very helpful also. Even though I didn't want to reorder, Cracker Barrel remain oneof my go to restaurants. Read more
Tried calling on two different days this week to place an order and the phone does nothing but ring. When I drive down there to... go in and place my order there is no one in line and the store is not busy in the slightest. No idea why the phone isn't beinganswered. The restaurant gets three stars for lack of convenience and consistency. Food is still good most of the time and theprice is unbeatable. Brandon the server gets 5 stars. Honestly can not say enough good things about this employee, I never havean issue when he's working. He always has a great attitude, speaks clearly, never misses a single item in my order and alwaysfinds me in the store and brings my order to me when it's ready. I really hope he's getting paid what he deserves because anybusiness would beg to have an employee like him, especially nowadays. Read more
