It was Fazoli's as I remembered it. However this particular restaurant has a weird smell. You need to fix it or you need to get... doors that open and close of course to separate your restaurant from the truck stop gas station. That should help with thesmell. I was going to eat inside but I couldn't handle the smell of the place. I give it five stars because I will definitely begoing back because I absolutely love Fazoli's and the food tasted great and I'm doing great today so the food was great. Read more
Fazoli's was very good, and the bread sticks are delicious. They will bring you some if you are dinning in ???? the restaurant... was clean and the guy taking our order was cool and polite. Kids already want to go back lol Read more
The Food was good and have always had great service from Fazoli's but yesterday was anything far from good. Around 4 pm... yesterday we stopped for an early dinner and the heavy set blonde girl behind the counter was rude, short with customers,cussing terribly with children present, talking about other people's personal business and appeared to be under the influence.Since we travel frequently I will definitely be avoiding going to that exact Fazoli's again. The food is good, just a smaller portions than what I expected, we were traveling through we thought we have a bite, it took... about 12 minutes after ordering to get their food. I thought it would be faster than this. My personal opinion that you shouldget the pepperoni breadsticks and instead of the pepperoni pizza it was much cheaper and my wife for more satisfied then my twominiature Pizza slices. Read more
Me and my wife drive all the way from Toledo to come to this location. Walking in the door we are met with the smell of sewage... or rot, having been in food service previously this is usually a dirty drain/ drains. Every time we have been here prior we weremet by friendly staff at the counter and a reasonable clean store. Almost every table was dirty, the garbage can isoverflowing, for some reason they have chosen to suspend service for diners bagging every single order and calling names insteadof the normal table service which may be contributing to the dirty state of the store instead of trays and reducing the amountof garbage made. The person at the counter seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than working (which I suppose is fair,we all feel that way) not the welcoming environment normal experienced here. For the 30 minute drive it's been a disappointingtime so far and doesn't look to be improving. Edit: I assume the long wait and state of the store is due to staffing issues.Hopefully this location can get back to what me and my wife enjoyed previously. The biggest upside is the food is stillphenomenal. Hot fresh and great portions. Adding 2 stars for food and understanding staffing issues. SOLVE THE SEWAGE SMELLISSUE!!! Read more

This was my first time here. It was amazing. The food was on point and exceeded expectations. The staff was super helper,... specifically Angie.
