I went with my friends as a girls night, it was nice and very good customer service from the staff there. Our hostess was very... sweet and our server was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Food wasn't terrible, the service sucked! Our waitress didn't hardly speak to us. We asked for sugar free syrup and after... waiting for 5 minutes while our server socialized with other staff members, I just got up and found some. She never checked onus to see how the food was. The booths had food in them, and most of them have duct tape on the seats to cover rips. Awfulexperience. I o ly Gabe it one star because I couldn't give it no stars! Read more
Not a great experience. Service was very slow, there were 5 other tables with 1 or 2 people, and we waited 45 minutes for our... food, which was definitely overcooked. Waitress was "polite with a side of snip" , and quite a lot of seats were patchedtogether with colored duct tape. Read more

I don?t know the waitress name because she never introduced herself when she finally came to our table. She took a long time to... even get our drink order. She never got the order so another waitress got for us. She came and took the order and it was, ?doyou know what you want to order?? She never came to check to see if we were good or if we needed water refills. But she has amole or something on her face and pregnant. I watched her be more attentive and courteous to other tables. Went here for breakfast this morning. The place was understaffed I assume, due to most the tables still needing to be cleaned... off. The waitress was quick to take our drink and food orders which was the best thing I can say. My glass of water appeareddirty, like it wasn?t cleaned. Same with my silverware, which I had to request a second set. The food was okay. Very sub parexperience. Staff was friendly. I was say the state of this Ihop location can be summed up by the photo of their logo fallingapart in their lobby I have attached. Read more
We had breakfast here. They had longer wait times because they were under staffed (not their fault, it is very common nowadays).... The few staff members that were there were working extremely hard to make things go smoothly. They were doing an amazing job andwere very friendly! I have a lot of respect for these workers. I ordered the homestyle chicken dinner plate. It came with Mac and cheese. Mashed potatoes and white gravy. I hadn't eaten all... day due to traveling. I was about 10 bites in or less when I started to sweat and feel severely nauseous. I sat there for aminute and felt I was going to puke. Well. .. I made most of it to the toilet vomiting but not all. I felt like I was in themovie the exorcist with projectile vomited uncontrollably. I spent the rest of my evening at my hotel hugging the trash can andsitting on the toilet. I haven't felt this ill in a very long time. I am glad I already had a room because no way I could havedriven if I had just stopped for a bite. I would give the food 0 stars if it were possible here. I have had food poisoningbefore and I would say this was it. I never went for medical attention and just prayed it would stop. I couldn't keep even waterdown for at least 24 hours and will spare the gross details of that. Beware! I thought about reporting it to the healthdepartment but opted to tell y'all here instead.
