Even picked up a happy meal to go!
waited in line at the drive thru for 40 min and when I got my food I noticed I didn't have any sauce for my nuggets even though... I ask for three different types of sauce. ask for my sauce and got 3 sauce packets. 1 honey 1 BBQ and 1 sweet & sour. I only live a mile from this McDonald's and my food was cold when I got home which means it was cold to start with. I ordered a... special Big Mac with no middle bun, instead of making it fresh they just took the middle bun off of an existing sandwich. Whichtook off some of the burger, lettuce and sauce. Next time I'll tell them I want a freshly made sandwich with my requests. Myfries were also pretty cold. I always say I'm going to check my food before I leave the line but never do. You sit at the drive through window for a few minutes without anyone saying something unless you talk first. They pile cars? In... front to make it look like they have less cars in the drive through, but you'll still be waiting the same amount of time. Read more

I just came though this McDonald's. Ordered 37.00 worth of food 2 Big Mac Meals and a ten piece nugget meal, with an extra Big... Mac. Got home to see this! This is NOT what a Big Mac looks like! There is nothing on the top part of the 3 Big mac's I ordered.So I called to talk with the Manager Laurie she told me I would have have to bring them back right there and then to justreplace my order! So...once again I drove back up there. She wouldn't even talk with me! Didn't offer me a icee or ANYTHING!VERY RUDE! AND POOR SERVICE! And all 3 Big Mac's were the same as the first 3.
