The secret is out. The steak egg & cheese bagel ???? is back but it?s not on the menu. You have to ask for it. Only select ones... have it. Downside. First time thru drive thru we were given bacon egg and cheese so had to sit thru very busy drive thru again,but they made it right. Just check your order before you pull away. I prefer this McDonald's over the other locations in Monroe because the food is usually hot and fresh and they are good at... keeping the drive through moving. If you don't already, I definitely suggest using the app. Today I bought 2 breakfastsandwiches for the price of one. Everyday you can redeem a BOGO breakfast sandwich offer. If you're broke and hungry, it worksfor the cheap sausage biscuits! Can't beat that. 2 sandwiches for under 2 bucks is a great deal! I miss the jungle theme. Now it feels like a prison cafeteria. Great job McDs. I heard that there is a kids meal for adults now... until the end of October 2022! Food was pretty okay today. Not the quality I'm used to. Usually pretty decent. Fresh fries but stale nuggets. The workers there... were great. Very friendly and nice. Which is surprising given the fact there a**hole manager was barking orders at them likethey were a pet peeing on the carpet. Probably one of the most cantankerous old people I've ever seen/heard. Definitely not aleader...I wouldn't want to work there with that kind of "leader" so kudos to the 2 girls working the window tonight for puttingup with him. Read more
So slow. Waited in the drive through for about 10 minutes, meanwhile the other drive through line was being serviced rapidly. ... Then waited at the window for another 10 minutes for my food. It was 2 cheeseburger meal, nothing complicated. Staff was rude.Absolutely the worst, I will avoid this location in the future. Read more
Had to go upfront twice , because they forgot my happy meal ... then realized my 10 piece chicken nugget wasn't on my tray! I... was so annoyed by that time, my husband went upfront for ketchup, salt and napkins that were not given too us... and you can'tget your own condiments! Makes no sense. Without an adult and got hungry. Swung by this the line seem stagnant. But to my surprise within five minutes I was at the pay... window. And shortly after that had my food I was on my way. Everyone was pleasant food was hot and fresh, really goodexperience. Keep up the good work. Read more
Food is good, but service was very slow. I did curbside, and it took 15 minutes to get my food, meanwhile I saw at least a dozen... cars get their food through the drive through. Curbside and drive through should be equally prioritized, we both have vehiclesrunning and using up gas, especially now that it's cold out. Read more
