I was woken up by their employee in the middle of the night. He said I couldn?t park in the spot because it was reserved. When I... asked where it says it is reserved, he said it doesn?t say it anywhere(it wasn?t marked, and there was no sign at the back).This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards the drivers. I reserved a parking online app and didn't get my window tag . Guess what got knocked on the door by lady with a bat. she was... employee from truck stop and say I need a window tag and I do not need one because truck is registered with license plate andDOT #. These is rude to wake a driver without looking first on there reserved parking sheet. Read more
I am liking Pilot/Flying J more and more. Just wish some of the locations had more parking. They really do have the best coffee... on the interstate. Some locations need to clean their machines better. ???????? Read more
This is the worst Pilot I've ever attended. The toilets are dirty, there was an eighth queue for the shower, the queue did not... change in three hours. The taps in the shower are broken. It is better to close this institution and not disgrace the name ofthe company. And in general, Love is much nicer than you. Read more
This might be a neat place to stop but when you're parked and trying to get some rest.Someone comes telling you to move your... VAN.in my opinion its disrespectful to the VAN drivers because we are not allocated parking or resting places even though wespend quite an amount of money on GAS at pilot locations. Read more
This place was clean, fast, and the staff was friendly. We were able to fun in and run out quickly to get back on the road for... our family road trip. We has to stop by the bathroom and get some snacks for the road. I did see the taco bell that wasconnected was busy and clean. We did not eat there but it was a nice location. The coffee was great and soda was cold. :) thanksfor the quick easy stop! Read more
Why do you call yourself a pilot? Call with clowns gas station does not work gasoline. I can?t refill the coffee yet, maybe... there?s no cream normally, the toilet is dirty. This n **** pilot is called. Read more
