Literally the slowest service I’ve ever seen. 10 mins to order with one person in front of me and 15 mins waiting for chicken... tenders that are already made…. It’s a dam shame the people that work here really take their sweet time and don’t knowwhat the heck they’re doing. Worst Popeyes experience I've ever had in my life. Chicken was old cold and there's black mold visibly growing on the ice... machine in the lobby. Flower and raw chicken in the floor flies in the back where they prepare food. I got 1 peice for my dogthen headed across the street to taco bell. Popeyes customer service was terrible guy rang up 2 people then walked away from theline leaving me and 7 others waiting for 10 minutes. Female manager came made the other 2 orders and completely ignored uswithout a word. They were out of almost everything except bone in chicken and french fries. A female employee refused to sell the last two... sandwiches, that we were told we could have, saying she was keeping them for herself and then she proceeded to yell at either myboyfriend or the employee that was politely helping us. I'm not sure who she was yelling at but it was extremely unprofessionaland rude. We left without ordering. Read more
Love the food. Felt so sorry for the people working. Only 2 the poor girl was about in tears trying to hold it back. She had so... many orders. Cooking preparing the orders. She did a great job definitely deserves a big raise. Read more
I'm giving this place 3 stars because the food is good and it definitely beats the long wait the Taylor Popeyes has. The food is... the only reason I return. The last 3 times I've gone there, the same rude lady is running the register. I don't know what herproblem is, but two times I went, she continuously cut me off to ask me how I wanted my meal before I could even finish sayingit. I understand most people may not specify but she shouldn't cut you off to ask. Today when I went in I said I'd like a largemeal and specified what I wanted, and she handed me small drink cups and when I told her I asked for large she tells me "Wellthese are the drinks that come with the combo, its an upcharge to give you large" when id literally asked for large meal maybethat's not the same thing but you'd think it would be right? Idk I hate the customer service she personally gives and she'salways the one everyone talks to, to represent the place. The guy who hands me my food has always been really nice with a niceattitude, she's the only reason I give this place 3 stars. She doesn't wear a name tag so I couldn't tell you her name sadly.Management needs to find a better position for her or she needs to find a new job if she hates her job this much. Read more
This place fell off! Two years ago, there was this one girl there who was running it like a boss. I didn't see her there... yesterday, but the entire crew looked ill-prepared to serve anyone. Place was dirty and the work areas were unkempt. They ranout of chicken so about 10 people waited 15 minor longer for their orders. Hopefully I just caught them at a bad time, or maybethis is the effect of post-shutdown. The bright side? Chicken was as good as its ever been. That's the only reason I give it3 stars because honestly, I don't eat at the tables and not really concerned about how well the cashier took my order, justthere for the food. Read more
