Store was extremely dirty, I won't go back unless there is a major change. Tables were filthy along with the pop machine and the... kitchen area doesn't look like it's been cleaned for weeks. I'm not one to complain but the new Chipotle will sink this businessunless they step it up. Read more
Word of advice: Order in. Do NOT order online! While there?s been nothing too egregious with my orders, the couple of times... I?ve gone both orders have been particularly messed up at this location. What I received was alright, but definitely not what Ihad ordered. Always something big missing. First it was my sauces (salsa, guac, queso, etc) and was very plain. The second timeit was improved for my burrito but the system straight-up took the ?protein? option off of the bowl, and they forgot the sauceon the side. The Impossible ?meat? seemed like it was just crumbled and cooked, no real effort. Some of it seemed burger-likehonestly. Other locations have had it much more in-line with seasoned taco meat, so that was a disappointment. Makes me wonderif they accidentally gave me meat on my last order now? Overall, very disappointed with this location. If you order in Iimagine you?ll have a much better experience, but their order accuracy for online orders desperately needs some work. Read more
The restaurant was absolutely disgusting tables were not clean, counter was dirty. We were told it was going to take 10 minutes... to make the rice we decided to wait. 15 minutes later went back to the counter and was told 10 minutes for the rice again. Thelast few times we have been here they have been out of almost everything. Soda machine is almost always out of everything. Thesoda machine was leaking. This was the last time I will give this qdoba a chance. Chipotle can't open soon enough. Read more
Arrived before they opened with my family. Sign on the front door says ?due to short staff we will be online only?. I did ask... the manager if this was true, and she affirmed. Good luck QDOBA! I won?t blame the workers it is clear some businesses do notwant to thrive. Another one bites the dust! We will find a restaurant with a more consistent experience? like the one across thestreet. Decently priced, and tastes pretty good! I got the shrimp & steak rice and bean bowl. The fresh cilantro and pico de gallo gave... it a nice kick. Great for the times you can't cook, but don't want McDonalds (again) Read more
Probably the worst operating Qdoba I?ve been to. I ordered my food through the app 20 mins before I got there, food never... started and just a ton of people standing around in the lobby. I then finally got my food, got home, and it was missing half ofmy toppings. Read more

Arrived with 1 person ordering their food and only 1 person ahead of us. There was 3 people working but they were absurdly slow.... It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food. We chose qdoba so we could get our food quickly and I wish we would have wentelsewhere. The sit down area is always dirty. Will definitely be going to chipotle instead when they open. Read more
