Staff employee not willing to be helpful with suggestions for value pricing for items ordered. I.e taco box with 12 tacos. We... were charged just under $4 for each 6 tacos to put diced tomatoes on them. Total of just under $8.00. Added to the cost of18.00. That's about $ 26.00 for 12 regular tacos==price gouging!?? This was unethical especially to the age group you aremarketing. This group is also generally making lower wages. Please step up your game to fair price for good food?? Read more
The food is fine but the dining room is not open and I had the privilege of waiting on their drive thru for over an hour. During... that time they might have served 15 cars. I thought I'm going to be patient, they probably only one person working. I finallygot to the window and nope they had three people working that seemed to be having a really fun time at work when everyone waswaiting longer than they should. If I could give them zero stars I would. Advice to the owner. Pay a wage that will attractenough people to open the dining room, and hire people that care. Read more
The employees were doing their best to get orders out. I know this because I could see them while I waited a very long time for... my food. It is not their fault that they were understaffed. They were working fast, and were polite, which I am sure could notbe said of all the customers. My order was correct and hot when I received it. Best Taco Bell in Monroe. They get busy around lunch and dinner most days but the food is always great. These people really... deserve a medal. Pro Tip: Use their mobile app! How do you miss orders? There are less than a dozen components. Only a limited number of possible combinations and the receipt... Tells you how many item are in the order. You miss anything and take money while providing the items. Over paid and underskilled. Thank goodness minimum wage is what it is. More than this location is warranted. Let a few go and restructure so folkswho pay for the food are able to get what they ordered and paid for. Current staff is lacking accountability. Really bad. I was just there with my family and we had four missing tacos and the attendant, a young man with dark hair smirked... and slammed the drive-thru window in our face when we were explaining what was going on. We had to knock on the window again andsomeone else came to the window, gave of THREE of the FOUR tacos and we asked to speak to the manager and I guess the guy thathad slammed the door in our face was the manager!!! OMG THAT'S HOW YOU RUN THE PLACE?! The door was slammed in our face again.Don't go here. The employees are terrible rude and entitled people. Disgusting behavior. $28 and some odd cents wasted. They closed the dining room on a Saturday night, the only way to pick up a mobile order was going through the drive through?... only door dash could get in to the lobby.
