Staffed by the laziest workers, and owned by the dumbest owner in Monroe. I do not know how your business can operate when you... turn away all customers after 4 PM. I have tried to visit this location 5 times in the last 6 weeks, only once did I manage toget a single "soft shell taco" when there was no line at 4:00 PM November 28th 2022. Didn't get the fire sauce I requested, orany napkins. Would you eat this? I am only writing a review because I had left one a month ago, not nearly as long as this andit was deleted. I went to the Taco Bell drive though on November 10, 2022 at 7:00 pm on N. Dixie HWY in Monroe, MI. There were a line of cars... around the building. Suddenly the line cleared. When I got to the drive through speaker to place my order, the worker informedme their computers were down. I asked how long it would take to bring them back up, she stated a half hour. I told her I couldwait. Then she came back and told she was on the phone with her manager and she was closing the store for the night. I have beento this Taco Bell many times. This is not the first time I have heard this excuse to clear the line of cars. This Taco Bell islosing much business and money by using this excuse to clear the lines. No other Taco Bell I have been to has so many computerproblems as this one. Read more
IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! SOOOOO GROSS!! They forget your food half the time don't give u all your items, mess... it up. Its nasty, literally found hair, and bugs in the bags. No reason to repeat why this Taco Bell here on North Dixie, ( not North 60 ) only gets 1 star. The previous reviews cover them... all quite well. I have given up on this Taco Bell and will gladly go a couple miles south on 75 to the location at Exit11. There seems to be issues at this Taco Bell every time i go there. It?s either equipment malfunctions, out of certain items,staffing issues, computers down, mobile app orders not found, it?s always something that reminds me why I shouldn?t return. It?sa good location and a nice building, but that doesn?t make a happy customer. Again, try the Taco Bell at Exit 11. They?reawesome. Read more
My wife loves their hard shell tacos and it was late. They were having computer issues which effected the ordering process. The... young man who took our order told us what was going on and it actually was about as fast as a normal order. His customer serviceskills were excellent!!! Read more
I'm sorry to give it 2 stars because the food was good, and the poor workers did a fine job of feeding me. But there were only... 2 people working. It took over 20 mins to get my mobile order filled. Until the manager does what he/she needs to do to getworkers working, don't expect the usual taco bell experience. Read more
I have tried to come to this Taco Bell multiple times after my shift driving semi trucks and every single time I get to the... window something is missing and they can't even make the meals. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the restaurant, it was about a 30 minute wait before we even got to the speaker... (because the app won?t let you change the method of pickup), then another 15 or so minutes before we reached the window. Theemployee then informed us that they were out of beef, chicken, and a few other things, and that it was going to be another 12minutes or so for our order to be done. They couldn?t cancel the order on their end, and because they?d already accepted to makethe order at the speaker, I didn?t have the option of canceling through the app. I?m actually still waiting on my food, and it?sbeen over an hour at this point, which I feel ridiculous waiting for now but I?ve already paid.
