WOW!!! What a neat tucked away restaurant! The atmosphere is great! The view of the water, the free boat rides, the fire pit,... live bands, and the outside seating are fantastic! The food is good portions and unique. Definitely a place to go out of yourway for again and again! The only thing I didn?t care for were the tortilla chips. Obviously store brand bought. It would havebeen over the top if they were locally made. I have to say though the parking absolutely sucks. As the lot seems to narrow andthen get bigger. Absolutely NO LIGHTING in the parking lot. That?s a safety hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I wouldsay they have more seating than they do for parking of potential customers. If they put more parking on the south side of therestaurant snd put up parking lights they would do themselves a huge favor for this GEM of Monroe. Read more
Very surprised how good this restaurant was for being in Monroe. Fast friendly service. We sat outside. Good view of the lake.... Nice selection of local craft beers. Every picture I shared looked like I was somewhere tropical. Food and apps were very good.Prices were reasonable. Kids meals were good sized for $5. Mac and cheese was not from a box. Good selection of vegetarianoptions, including the impossible burger and the vegetarian special was jack fruit quesadillas. You also get treated to a freeboat ride around the lake as well. Oh my gosh! My friend and I were staying locally for her birthday weekend and this place was highly recommended by other locals.... We were absolutely not disappointed. Sarah, our server, and Sasha, the bartender, made this one of the most wonderfulexperiences ever. They were attentive and kind and the food was absolutely superb. They even did a special birthday drink andbirthday dessert for my friend and absolutely made her day. Although everything was covered in about 2 feet of snow, they toldus about the live music and the view during the warmer months, so we are planning another trip up just to go back and see themagain in a few months. This place is worth the 9 hour drive round trip, I promise. Cannot wait to be back there again! Read more
I have not ate here yet, I plan too... but the quarry behind it is amazing. Uts a popular spot, with plenty of people if that's... your thing, if not there is plenty of space to find your own cliff to jump into the water from. I didn't know Monroe hadanything fun to offer... oh and did I mention the water is the bluest your gonna find in SE Michigan. Fun place! Read more
I'm from Colorado visiting family and they meet friends here for lunch on Fridays. First impressions are that this is a... beautiful location on the shores of a quarry. Food is good and service is friendly. There is plenty of seating inside therestaurant along with covered outdoor seating on the deck and table seating near the shores on the property. Read more
This place was amazing. If we ever come back to this area ever again we will definitely be stopping here again. The food was... definitely awesome. The service was great and the food was out of this world good. All the staff was friendly and the atmospherewas very good. They even have a boat ride across the Quarry you can take. The outside seating is right on the water and theyhave indoor seating as well. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you are ever in that area you will not bedisappointed. Read more
This place is a hidden gem. Their food was unique and tasted great. They serve tater tots that are perfectly cooked. Just the... right amount of crunch! I had the shrimp sandwich. What a unique concept. The bam sauce wasn't spicy and was just the rightamount. My husband had the walleye with coleslaw. This isn't your mama's coleslaw. Although it looked different than expectedthe flavor was very good with the right blend of tang and sweetness. Overall vibe and decor were nice. Read more
