This Tim Hortons had a very limited availability of items. Half of what was on the menu was not there. Very long line and very... understaffed. No uniforms, unorganized, clearly more training is needed. If the drive through was working, there would be a lineof cars out to the road like in Canada. This place is a poor representation of what a Tim Hortons is. Read more

My dad went here for a coffee, went and paid for his coffee in the drive through, but as he waited, he saw workers just walking... around and doing nothing. They forgot about him and they asked what he wanted, but they wanted him to pay again for his coffeeand the manager was giving him a hard time. Please avoid this location horrible service. Read more

Your grill apparently doesn?t work? You don?t have chicken noodle soup. No ciabatta bread. Item after item my husband asked... about you somehow did not have. I understand running out of something from time to time, but really? So you gave us a paninithat wasn?t grilled, whatever, but it is not toasted or anything - you gave me giant slabs of plain bread with 5.5 tiny piecesof chicken on it and no sauce (this was supposed to be Tuscan chicken, with a creamy tomato sauce...).
