I give it a strong recommendation with the caveat that you definitely need a good coupon or one of the promotions in the app to... bring the prices down. Long as you do that, there's some definite bang for your buck. Attention to detail could be betterthough. I ordered two kinds of sauce for my boneless wings and ended up with neither of the ones I ordered. They gave me icingpackets that would go with dessert. Definitely not what I want for my chicken. Ordered online for pickup. Ordered 2 pizzas: double sausage/mushroom; double pepperoni. Paid extra for the double ingredients.... No way these ingredients were doubled. Skimpy to say the least. Won't order again Read more
I'm so glad the Domino's app hold them accountable for curbside delivery. Last summer I took waiting 25 minutes for them to come... out and hand me my pizza, watching 5 people walk in and out the door to pick up their orders. Would have done that also myselfbut had a broken foot at the time, and only order because I thought curbside delivery was a good idea. When I questioned the guywho drop it off he did not even say a word not even a thank-you or anyting. I sent the complaint in online and Domino's said Iwe contacted by the manager which I never was. I contacted Domino's and told him sell and said they were to send another messageto the store and to wait to be contacted. After a couple of months decided to stop by one day and spoke to the manager myself.He never did anything, just said sorry. Said there's nothing he can do about it.. Not even offer for even a discount oranything. Domino's is a good deal a good pizza place, if you absolutely have no other choice I would use the Monroe location,but if you can't avoid it use another location if possible. I try not to order from Domino's if I can help it. Unless it's agood deal running I have to use my local one. Do I frequently stop by the one that's near my work. Read more
Super-fast and easy! We just moved to the area a few months ago. I live just a little too far away for delivery from this... Domino's, so I always drive there and pick it up. Never a problem. It's been perfect every time. Our order is always hot 'n'ready as soon as we walk in the door. Thanks, folks! Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! The product is NOT the problem at this franchise location. Sadly the customer service or... lack there of is the only downfall to this location. I called to confirm my order (because of my dietary needs) and the managerassured me my pizzas would be gluten free. I understand human error, however, I spoke to the manager who when I called back saidthe manager was unavailable. How this man spoke to me with such disrespect and told me, " Ma'am, I'm sorry, but this is yourfault"! How can calling twice to confirm accuracy of my order be my fault?
