I have no idea why I go here at all. I am honest about my reviews and I love the one in Central Valley and they never mess up my... order. This place doesn’t know the right portions and makes the frozen coffee taste nasty. This is what I get for being lazyto drive opposite direction sometimes. Used a free drink for a nasty coffee that was a waste of money. Literally, every time Icome here they mess it up. Read more

The staff here is terrible they do not care about there jobs or doing anything correctly. Ive come here numerous times and give... simple orders and they are still messed up. Today was the last time i will ever come back to that store i ordered a cold brewwith oatmilk due to me having a lactose allergey and they gave me a iced coffee filled with regular milk and a little bit ofcoffee and also managed to snatch the debit card out of wifes hand and pretty mu h throw it back at her with no receipt. Sometimes they are slow, sometimes the person receiving the order is in a bad mood or has an attitude. I've seen a girl talking... with a very nasty attitude to her coworkers while I am at the drive thru window waiting for my order. I wouldn't be surprised ifshe is the same person that picks up the orders. Overall, there has never been anything wrong with my order. That is why I keepcoming back and the Male cashiers are very polite. I haven't have a female cashier though. Read more

I come here maybe once in 2 months, but do spend an hour or more each time. Usually order coffee and sometimes breakfast.... Cleanliness needs to be improved. Floors and seats are dirty today at time of writing. None of the employees have face coveringnor gloves. Many are touching their face /nose/ears while serving food and beverages (a big no no!).
