Smaller panera with a drive thru. It always seems to be a step behind. We arrive at 9am. No muffins out for breakfast no bread... cut. No ice in the machine all charged drinks are still frozen. The store has been open 2 hours already. They also beg for tipson a huge scale. There's a huge box on the desk and the staff force you to answer a tip question on the machine before theycomplete your order. This location is a stop by only if you have to. Read more

While the staff was friendly, the restaurant was not well kept with tables that had not been wiped down between clients. The... wait was entirely too long - at least 30 minutes to get the food. In addition, the napkin dispensers were empty. A roll of brownpaper towels from the bathroom was left on the counter for clients to use instead of napkins. Disappointing experience. Read more
By far the most awkward and disappointing Panera experience. Ordered a cinnamon crunch latte but asked if it could be prepared... with non-dairy milk. The cashiers response was that she didn?t think so, so I told her I don?t want it then. At that point shesaid let me check with the back. She returned to say they could make it with almond. Got our buzzer and sat down and it wentoff immediately. Went to pick up counter and clearly nothing was ready. They asked what order I was, then said I needed to pickup in the front. Went to the front for food then returned to pick up counter for drinks. When handed my latte I asked ?this wasmade with non dairy milk right? and the woman acted annoyed and said ?it didn?t say almond? and then hastily threw it away likeI just inconvenienced her. Asked for napkins. They didn?t have any. There was an industrial roll of paper towels on the pick upcounter. Never again. And the latte was awful. Fairly certain it was just microwaved almond milk with cinnamon sprinkled ontop. Right in the trash! Read more
Panera is my fast food go to. The freshness is what keeps me coming back plus the desserts. I love the lemon drop cookie it is... my favourite. I'm so EXCITED Panera is bottling their Passionfruit Papaya green tea, another of my favourites. Read more
Never a bad meal at Panera. Not perfect?. My chicken avocado melt was cold in the middle?. And my French onion soup bread bowl... was a tad shy on soup. But everything tasted great. I was starving and as usual Panera was fresh and thankfully not crowded atat. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. It?s a good stop. Read more
As much as I love Panera, this visit was a disappointment. As seen on the picture the bacon didn?t look good and it didn?t taste... good either. The second sandwich was a mess. You can tell they just slap some meat and a slice of avocado. The only thing thatwas good were the chips. Also, we got to see the kitchen from the drive thru window and it wasn?t the cleanest either. We spent$32.00, expected a little more. Sad to say, I will probably wouldn?t be going back anytime soon. Read more
